5:1 Care Model
With one caregiver for every five residents, your loved one receives attentive, unhurried care throughout the day. This allows our team to respond quickly, notice small changes, and build genuine relationships.
A Boutique Assisted Living Residence in Round Rock, Texas
Nestled in a quiet, sun-dappled neighborhood just north of Austin, The Primrose invites residents into a new chapter of life defined by comfort, dignity, and connection. Designed with the elegance of a long-stay retreat and the warmth of a true home, this is where care transcends routine—and every day feels meaningful.
Our caregivers are not rotating names on a chart. They’re familiar faces at breakfast, quiet helpers during evening routines, and gentle companions during garden walks.
Because at Bouquet Homes, care is more than assistance. It’s a relationship.

Rhunda Henderson, Manager of The Primrose, is a seasoned nurse and certified dementia care expert with over 20 years in long-term care. A proud Texan and devoted mother and grandmother, she brings deep compassion and leadership to her work. Rhunda is dedicated to making The Primrose a place of comfort, joy, and dignity.
From soothing live music in the library to the joyful visits of therapy dogs in the courtyard, our programming is designed to nourish the spirit as much as the body.
Our enrichment schedule is updated weekly to reflect the interests, energies, and joys of our guests. The activities are never quite the same, yet each one feels familiar and fulfilling.

Each Bouquet Home is thoughtfully designed for just 11 to 16 older adults. Smaller homes create a calmer, more personal environment where residents are known, not overlooked.
From simple help with daily tasks to specialized memory and recovery care, we provide a permanent home for every stage. Our residents enjoy total continuity of support, even as their physical or cognitive needs increase.
Our homes are licensed Texas assisted living facilities, primarily Small Type B, which allows us to provide hands-on care and memory support when it becomes necessary. This means fewer transitions and greater peace of mind for families.
This is the 3rd facility my sister has been at and it is just wonderful, and we are so happy with it. It is home for her, and the staff is just wonderful.
I am very picky and I was very happy with the attention my mom received at Primrose. The staff grew close to her and we felt at home there.
Whenever any issues come up, I just speak with the manager, and she always takes care of them promptly... I also love that it's a smaller community. That means you get a lot of one-on-one care.
Whether you’re exploring a residence for yourself or a loved one, we invite you to experience a new standard in assisted living—one rooted in beauty, integrity, and deep human connection.
