A Letter from Our Founders
From Louis Baugier and Alessandro Insolia: why Bouquet Homes was built, what we believe, and what families can expect from us.

Dear Families,
We want to tell you why we started Bouquet Homes, because we believe our reasons matter as much as anything else you will learn about us.
The senior living industry is often built around scale instead of relationships. Residents become room numbers. Families become billing accounts. We believed there was a better way.
How We Got Here
Alessandro founded our first home, The Primrose, in Austin. His background in operations, construction, and service shaped a practical, hands-on model of care.
Louis brought operating rigor from technology and real estate, building systems that protect quality and keep resources focused on residents.
What We Believe
- A home should feel like a home, not an institution.
- Care should be deeply personal and relationship-based.
- Families deserve honesty, responsiveness, and clear communication.
- Great care starts with supporting and retaining great caregivers.
Our staffing ratio is 1:5, and we focus on retention so residents see familiar faces and families build long-term trust with the team.
What We Want You to Know
We understand how emotional this decision is. If you are comparing options and second-guessing yourself, that is a sign of how much you care.
Bouquet Homes exists for families who want something better than institutional care: care where their loved one is known, not just accommodated.
Our first home, The Primrose, operates at full occupancy with a 4.9 out of 5.0 Google rating. That trust is earned one interaction at a time.
Come See for Yourself
We are not interested in a hard sell. We would rather you visit, meet our caregivers, and feel the home for yourself.
With care, Louis Baugier and Alessandro Insolia, Co-Founders of Bouquet Homes.
